• Linseed. We combined the nutritional hyper-value of Linarospor to our favorite food - Pasta. It is a rich source of ω-3 fatty acids, which enhance the health of the body, positively acting on the cardiovascular system and boosting the immune system.

• Black garlic:  the dark overgrowth. Already designated as "overdone" because of its antioxidant power and its twice the nutritional and therapeutic properties of white garlic, black garlic also makes its appearance in our country and gains the impression in the field of gastronomy and healthy eating. It is the result of fermentation of white garlic at high temperatures and high humidity levels for about a month.

Black garlic has a sweet and pleasant smoky taste. The intense smell and the spicy taste of garlic have disappeared during the fermentation process.
